The details make the difference.

Three questions shape every set of extensions. Come with a rough answer to each and the consultation goes quickly.

01

How much length?

A few centimetres past your current cut, or down to the waist. Length decides the hair we order and how the weight sits.

02

How much fullness?

Fine hair that wants body, or thick hair that wants a little more. Fullness sets the number of pieces and the fitting method.

03

What feels natural to you?

How you wear your hair day to day, how often you wash it and whether you tie it up. The method follows your routine, not the other way round.

Your consultation

A plan that starts with you.

Bring photos of the length and volume you want. We'll look at your hair's density and condition and say what will hold well, colour-match to your ends in daylight, and recommend a fitting method based on your routine and how long you want to keep them in.

Then you get an itemised quote — hair, fitting and your first maintenance visit. Nothing is ordered until you've agreed it.

Extensions aren't on our online price list, because no two sets are the same. Your quote depends on the hair, the length, the number of pieces and the fitting method — all set at the consultation.

Questions

Before you choose.

How much do extensions cost?

It depends on the hair you choose, how much of it, and how it's fitted. We give you an itemised quote at the consultation, which is free, and nothing is ordered until you've agreed it.

How much maintenance is involved?

A maintenance visit every six to eight weeks to move the pieces up as your hair grows, plus gentle home care: a sulphate-free wash, brushing from the ends, and tying hair loosely at night.

What should I bring to the consultation?

Photos of the length and fullness you'd like, and your hair worn the way you usually wear it. If you're planning a colour change, tell us — we match extensions to your finished colour.

Will they damage my own hair?

Fitted correctly, maintained on time and removed by a stylist, they shouldn't. We'll be honest at the consultation if your hair isn't ready for a set yet.
