Paul Mitchell The Salon ("we", "us", or "our") operates paulmitchellsa.co.za. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle delivery of online orders.

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

A flat-rate shipping fee of R100.00 applies to all orders. Shipping costs are collected at checkout.

Free delivery is available on all orders over R950.00.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Transit time within South Africa is typically 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

5. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment in real time.

6. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible and before your order has been dispatched. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been collected by the courier.

7. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will fulfil the available items and contact you regarding the missing product. We will issue a store credit coupon or full refund for out-of-stock items upon your request.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the delivery if possible and contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging.

9. Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the courier. Once the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

10. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us before 7pm on the same day of ordering. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
